With our recent event announcements, NFRPP wants to highlight Susan N. Herman, who previously spoke with us and will be at both of our newly announced October programs. Susan N. Herman is an the inaugural Ruth Bader Ginsburg Professor of Law at @brooklynlawschool who has written and spoken widely in the areas of Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedure. In preparation for her return to NFRPP in October, we encourage everyone to look back at Susan’s previous visit for the program “The Supreme Court and Originalism.” During this program, Susan and two other outstanding experts shared their thoughts on originalism and its place in the Supreme Court.
