The mission of NFRPP is to foster a vibrant democracy.

Our goals are to educate, inspire, and motivate the public to engage more deeply in our democracy. We achieve these goals by providing authoritative information and forums for debate on important public policy issues. We aim to build a constituency of informed, civic-minded voters who are willing to find common ground in pursuit of the common good.

Why NFRPP?

NFRPP is a network made up of individuals across our nation who seek credible and reliable information on public policy issues. In an era of information overload, misinformation, and outright disinformation, access to credible, trustworthy sources can be a challenge. NFRPP provides opportunities for participants to learn from and engage with experts and to explore public policy in all its complexity. We foster open minds, critical thinking, civility, and the questioning of assumptions.

Our audiences are diverse in age, gender, and ethnicity, representing people across the political spectrum. And our community is growing every day. As diverse as they are, participants share a desire for reliable information, a civil environment, and the opportunity to learn.

Our experts are meticulously selected, offering multifaceted perspectives on issues with no regard to partisan political positions. Many are nationally recognized thought leaders representing numerous fields, including journalism, economics, political science, social sciences, law, and communications. These many esteemed voices have helped NFRPP become a valued and trusted resource for thousands.

NFRPP welcomes everyone from anywhere to join our programs. Our presentations can be accessed through our regularly scheduled Zoom webinars, as well as program videos posted to Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, and our own website. All programs are FREE and open to all. We welcome donations in any amount to help sustain our work.
