According to The New Yorker’s Jill LePore, Michael Lynch, the philosopher of truth, describes with a clear-eyed timely critique of our culture’s narcissistic obsession with ”we” know and “they” don’t. Lynch will discuss the digital culture and its tendency to make us into dogmatic “know-it-alls” which has contributed to our current silo political environment.

Michael Patrick Lynch is a writer and professor of philosophy at the University of Connecticut. He is the director of the Humanities Institute and executive director of the New England Humanities Consortium.
